Capital Marine Modellers' Guild: WHAM Radio 1180 Boat

WHAM Radio 1180 is in Rochester, New York. I think this was taken during the mid 1980s in The Gan. (That's Gananoque for those of you not familiar with the way we speak in eastern Ontario.) I could be wrong about the location but it's still a nice boat and so are the others in the picture.

Capital Marine Modellers' Guild

The Capital Marine Modellers' Guild is a social club for individuals interested in building model ships. It is located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The club is informal and operates on a not for profit basis.

Meetings provide members with a place to talk about their interests and to share their knowledge of model ship building. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of September, October, December, January, February, March, April and May at the Nepean Museum, 16 Rowley Ave at 7:00 p.m. New people are always welcome.

The CMMG meets on the first Tuesday of each month from September to May at the Nepean Museum.

The location is:

Meetings begin at 19:00 and run until members stop talking at about 21:00

The CMMG is open to anyone who can pay the annual fee to become a member. The fee is $20 per year. The public is invited to observe a meeting for free.
