September 2018 Meeting

The first Capital Marine Modellers' Guild meeting will take place on September 4, 2018 at 7 p.m., at the Nepean Museum, 16 Rowley Avenue, Nepean. In addition to show and tell items members attending the meeting will discuss plans for presentation and demonstration in coming meetings.

Vasa

My Nephew and his family had a trip to Europe. They visited the Vasa Museam in Stockholm, Sweden where my Nephew's wife took pictures of the ship and gave me permission to share them on this blog site.

Capital Marine Modellers' Guild

The Capital Marine Modellers' Guild is a social club for individuals interested in building model ships. It is located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The club is informal and operates on a not for profit basis.

Meetings provide members with a place to talk about their interests and to share their knowledge of model ship building. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of September, October, December, January, February, March, April and May at the Nepean Museum, 16 Rowley Ave at 7:00 p.m. New people are always welcome.

Schedule

The CMMG meets on the first Tuesday of each month from September to May at the Nepean Museum.

The location is:
Nepean Museum
16 Rowley Avenue at David Drive
Ottawa (Nepean), ON

Meetings begin at 19:00 and run until members stop talking at about 21:00

The CMMG is open to anyone who can pay the annual fee to become a member. The fee is $20 per year. The public is invited to observe a meeting for free.
